With more than 5,500 employees worldwide, Imec’s facilities host researchers, partners, and contractors. Their goals were to:

The Solution by Cura Solutions

Cura Visitor and Cura Contractor were implemented as an end-to-end solution:
- Visitors receive QR code invitations via Outlook, Google, or Apple Calendar.
- On arrival, visitors scan their QR code at kiosks, follow safety instructions, and complete identity control.
- Contractors register at dedicated kiosks, with automatic checks on training and certifications through Planon.
- Real-time dashboards provide a full overview of visitors and contractors in Cura Web.
